Will there be additional costs?
This program is covered as a Medicaid and Medicare benefit. Our services are covered by most insurance plans and most or all costs are covered like your doctor visits. You may have a co-payment or deductible depending on coverage. We can contact your carrier to confirm what, if any, out-of-pocket costs you may be responsible for.
