Unrestricted Gifts 

Unrestricted gifts allow the foundation board to use your donation for the highest need at a specific time, to grow to help with a more significant forthcoming purchase, or towards building a larger endowment. Restricted Gifts Restricted gifts allow you to donate to a specific department, fundraising campaign, or a larger endowment. 

Restricted contributions towards a donor-specific purchase will need appropriate approvals before donations can be accepted.

Ways to Contribute

There are many ways to contribute to the foundation. Monetary Donations – Please make your check out to Goodland Regional Medical Center Foundation and mail it to 220 W 2nd Street, Goodland, Kansas 67735 or donate online through the Make a Contribution Button. 

  • Pledges 
  • Appreciated Marketable Securities 
  • IRA Charitable Rollover Distributions – An IRA Charitable Rollover Distribution allows you to donate your required distribution to the foundation directly. This distribution will enable you to support the foundation and possibly lower your taxable income. Please visit your tax accountant to see if an IRA Charitable Rollover will benefit you. 
  • Real Estate – Please visit the Foundation Director for arrangements concerning the donation or planned gift of real estate or other personal property. 
  • Gifts of Grain – Donations or pledges of grain are accepted. 
  • Gifts in Kind – Please visit with the Foundation Director to volunteer your time or before donating a tangible item. Appropriate approvals will need to be made to determine if the tangible item fulfills a need at the hospital. 
  • Charitable Trusts 
  • Bequests, Wills, Paid-up Life Insurance, or other estate planning options – You can designate the Goodland Regional Medical Center Foundation as a recipient for all or a portion of your estate, retirement plan, or life insurance. 
  • Memorial or Tribute Gifts: Memorial donations of a loved one are accepted and appreciated. .
